This is an invitation to join me for a 2 hour online experience designed to call in and amplify ease (because who doesn’t want to feel a little more peaceful?)
I will be guiding you through meditation, some gentle movement, mindful writing exercises and the creation of your ‘ease inspiration’ mood board.
Things you should bring
A blanket
A journal or notebook
Pens, pencils, felt tips, crayons, glue, scissors
Magazines/resources where you can access clippings and photos of things, people, places which evoke a sense of comfort
